this is update to old ebuild (version 2.0) to new release of omniORBpy - python bind to omniORB-4.0.2.

i wish python@gentoo.org was cc'ed on this. because the ebuild in portage
for 2.0 was pretty ugly and needs a cleanup. for starters econf could have
been used.

sorry, i was updating omniORB and found that omniORBpy needed an update as
well, just forgot to look at the metadata file :/
