Just installed a new system found that this was missing a dependency.. 
xfce-base/libxfce4util missing depend on 'intltool'

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge libxfce4util w/o intltool installed.

Actual Results:  
failed configure

This is in a chroot32 for a eee 900a. Its a stage3 build and intltool wasnt installed when emerge xfce4-meta stopped wirh this error. I oneshoted intltool and it was then happy.
