Great.  Lets get started with the RSYNC/portage mirror.

Currently, it doesn't appear to be syncing twice per hour at
:00 and :30.  Be sure to change that when you start syncing
with rsync1.us.

I've added 164.115.5.2 to the access list for rsync1.us.gentoo.org.
You should be able to sync with rsync1.us withing 30 minutes.  Please
update your rsync cron jobs to point to rsync1.us.gentoo.org and post
back here when you've done so.  I'll monitor the server for a couple
days to make sure things are working fine.

I've no privileges to change rsync configuration. I will contact admin to
change rsync URI as soon as possible.

The portage mirrors is now rsync1.th.gentoo.org.  Please update the 
motd file to include that information.

I've subscribed <[e-mail]> to our gentoo-mirrors mailing 
list (low volume).  This list is used to discuss mirror-related issues.

How is the source mirror doing?
