You probably mean the output of gentoo --search or qpkg etc. which say 
DESCRITPION="${DESCRIPTION}Bindings". this is correct, it becomes "KDE 3.0.1 - 
Bindings" when eclasses are taken into account. This should be turned into a 
bugreport about emerge -s and qpkg not taking eclasses into account. I'll file 
a bug about that tomorrow when I have time.
