I have a system that is booted vie pxe and I get this error at boot up:

>> Activating mdev
mdev: /sys/class/scsi_host/host0: No such file or directory
mdev: /sys/class/scsi_host/host1: No such file or directory
>> Making tmpfs for /newroot

I don't think it causes any problems, just outputs an error that may not need to be seen.

Reproducible: Always

This may be fixed with changes in genkernel wrt /dev handling and updated busybox. Have you any possibility to test?
