2.3 and 2.2 are already ~masked and they're 'release' versions.  Can we add 3.0 as well to ~?  They're supported in the ~masked nvidia-drivers ≥ 190.53

1. Attempt to emerge dev-util/nvidia-cuda-toolkit
Actual Results:  
Only 2.3 is available via ~arch

Probably isn't a P2, dropping it to P3

This has nothing to do with architectures, please don't use the cc field yourself if you do not know how the Gentoo processes work.  Assigning to maintainer, who is responsible for bumping the package.

Added to CVS.  Please note that the package is masked and will remain so until CUDA 3.0 is officially released in a non-beta version.
