Hi!

Please find attached chbg-1.5 ebuild.

ChBG is a tool to allow one to easily set ones' desktop background as well as
rotate a directory of images as backgrounds. It can also create thumbnails and
be used as a pic viewer. 

I suggest app-misc/chbg.

the encoding on this file is horrific, i cant read it.
also, i have to download it first, could you please attach a good copy
with type text/plain, and verify that you can view it via bugzilla?

This package is *very* dead upstream.
Last word from them was Thu Aug 16 2001.
It is Gentoo policy to not included unmaintained packages in portage.
If I may, I highly recommend feh as a lightweight background setter/image
viewer.
