The dependencies below are not really RDEPENDs of atom in summary and should be moved to DEPEND instead:

Here is a list of dependencies to move to DEPEND for atom in summary:
- x11-proto/xproto

This issue should be fixed by PMS by adding a new DEPEND type containing build-deps only.
