The ebuild warning() is partially wrong in ebuilds:
openssl-0.9.7b-r1.ebuild
openssl-0.9.7b.ebuild

ebuild warning() references URL of: 
"http://cvs.gentoo.org/~aliz/openssl_update.sh"
this script is unavailable (over a significant amount of time) I assume the page
does not actually exist. The link should probably be:
"htp://gentoo.org/~aliz/openssl_update.sh"
