According to INN upgrade guide, inn-2.5.0 now depends on dev-perl/mime-tools ; those aren't stated as a dependency of inn-2.5.0, which leads to some failure in starting innd :

Thanks for the report. This is fixed in both 2.5.0 and 2.5.1.
