Plowshare is just a bash script, with deps on the below. There is no need for it not to have ~ on any arch that supports all of these. Tested + working on amd64 here. Unfortunately, as far as I know, keywords request have to be asked by a user or for a dependency need. I can't ask all arch teams to keyword this package even if it should be working. Anyway, that's an user request for amd64 so thank you for your report James :)
