rebuilding world system, dependencies check failed for coreutils-8.2 Changelog

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rsync with gentoo.au
2.rsync with gentoo.org
3.emerge world

Actual Results:  
error message as above on both sync's

Expected Results:  
world system to be rebuilt

passed the check

It hasn't been touched for 9 days and no one else has complained. Can you please emerge --sync and try again? It also works fine for me. Re-open if necessary.

had a thought ,,would it be feasable to remove coreutils from portage in my system,then resync

My last request for info didn't get a reply so I went ahead and did it tonight,the resync completed ok and the system is now rebuilding the world , so it seems as thought the problem is within my machine,I had switched to ext4 as I had thoughts that my hdd may just be suspect,as I was getting random errors previously, so I may have to give myself a xrissy present HI hI. But thanks for your assistance
