I think that the russian mirror should be included into the european mirrors list, cuz the servers are situated only in east Europe (Moscow and St. Petersburg), also Russia is always included in european countries list. I was a very bit dissapointed when I didn't found in there.

Russia is not apart of Europe. Although geographically close, I agree. It is a tough routing decision and we can go back and forth on it all day long.
