Both packages, sys-block/gpart and sci-libs/scotch try to install /usr/bin/gpart resulting in a package collision Reproducible: Always
gpart wins, scotch loses in other words, either install blockers or have scotch rename its binary. if you go the blocker route, feel free to add the blocker to the gpart ebuild.
it should be no problem to rename all scotch binaries with prefix "scotch_", as the debian distribution does.
