I tested this a bit more and found out that my ebuild was a bit wrong even though it basicly looked exactly the same as original. So this bug is invalid and I'm sorry for even posting it without proper testing beforehand. But I did learn something new about ebuilds so the effort was not completely wasted =) Closing as invalid.
