The menu is missing an entry for lyx when installing latter.

well i think this is for obz, but still i wouldn't mark it a dup for some
menu system which is under discussion

foser, correct. i'll look at it, is there any opposition to re-assigning
to text-markup ?

assignments dont particularly matter. i've added a menu entry conditional
to the gnome USE flag in 1.3.3 and 1.3.2 versions.
