liquidx, it looks like they deleted all the old versions of qscintilla source on the maintainer's site. Maybe we should mirror them on Gentoo?
IMHO, everything should be mirrored on Gentoo. The same happen with PyQt-x11-gpl-3.8 (updated in #29060) and many others.

you probably want to use another mirror from http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors.xml the ibiblio.org mirror seems to be empty. mirror guys, do you know what is happening with the ibiblio.org http mirror? maybe it should be changed on the mirrors page to point to the FTP one.
