Livecd for X86 i686 is not make a splask image splash.zpm.gz fle in the /boot/grub directory when installing by the big livecd, this happens each time I have tried to make a new gentoo install by the livecd.
SEf cooman of emerge gentoo-sources and emerge genkernel do not get it on the harddisk /boot/grub or other directories and is not find on the livecd.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try self to install gentoo on both x86 and amd64 systems.

Actual Results:  
Missing splash file in bot harddisk and on live cd

Expected Results:  
THere should could be splash.xpm.gz fiel for boot from harddisk by install self from big livecd.

It should have make a splash.xpm.gz file for the boot grub choice of kernels.

You need to emerge grub;
qlist grub
/usr/share/grub/splash.xpm.gz

It is missing after installed with the full livecd there not using emerge grup.
