As of 2009/12/13, the corporation filing has the following errors that need correction:

Remove:
PRINCIPAL ADDRESS (Outside New Mexico)
MANASSA PARK VIRGINIA 

Add, under Directors:
JOHNSON, ROBIN
ABBOTT, DAVID

Per 2010/05/16 meeting, tsunam will be collecting/reviewing information for next weekend. deadline 2010/05/23.

just for tracking purposes there will be a $10 charge for filing the report. We'll have the same when we file the annual report.

I filed the paperwork to update our information with the state of NM last week (mailed on Wednesday), I will keep my eye out for the update to the page. After which I will close this bug.
