x86 Handbook contains outdated size of minimal install CD.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Read the x86 handbook :)
Actual Results:  
Gentoo Minimal Installation CD

The Minimal Installation CD is called install-x86-minimal-<release>.iso and takes up only 57 MB of diskspace. You can use this Installation CD to install Gentoo, but only with a working Internet connection. 

Expected Results:

The Minimal Installation CD is called install-x86-minimal-<release>.iso and takes up only about 105 MB of diskspace. You can use this Installation CD to install Gentoo, but only with a working Internet connection. 

Another, maybe better, solution is to remove the exact number of minimal install CD media size from the handbook.

Fixed in CVS, for both x86 and amd64. I also updated the kernels to the latest stable version.
