Yahoo connection timesout, and then immediately reconnects. Found this bug on KDE https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=212855. User states the Yahoo client sends ping everyone 1 minute, kopete sends on every hour.

The patch was provided, but not sure when it will be included in a release. Seems easy enough to add on our end. I am testing out the patch now. But don't see why it won't work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into yahoo with Kopete
2. Do nothing for 10 - 15 minutes

This patch changes it to one minute, when i applied it I changed it to 5 minutes, just because. Well see if I have any issues with that.
