Description Martin Mokrejš 2009-12-04 12:30:32 UTC
$ cat /etc/env.d/25mpich2
MPD_CONF_FILE="@MPD_CONF_FILE_DIR@/mpd.conf"
$

Is this a Gentoo-specific patch in files/mpich2-1.0.8-mpdconf-env.patch?
Quoting from the ebuild:

    # Respect the env var MPD_CONF_FILE
    # TODO:  Send upstream
    epatch "${FILESDIR}"/${P}-mpdconf-env.patch
Comment 1 Justin Bronder (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-12-04 15:47:58 UTC
Already fixed in later releases. It only matters if you're running mpich2 applications as root.

If I do a revbump, I'll add this.

Please do a revbump so we have on stable one correct ebuild. What am I supposed to
place into the file so it correct and without waiting for the "revbump"? ;-) Thanks.
