Description Francois Chenier 2009-12-02 02:13:33 UTC
This new version does not work in my laptop. All seems to run fine but seems to hang when requesting IP address (either on wired & wireless network). Version 1.6.2.2 works perfectly on this laptop.

Here is the usual stuff including wicd log file. This log file contains stuff related to version 1.6.2 (works) and 1.7.0 (doesn't works).

Comment 3 Jeremy Olexa (darkside) (RETIRED) archtester gentoo-dev Security 2009-12-02 03:27:50 UTC
10:47 <+adam7> darkside_: just fyi, a1 doesn't let you connect to a network
unless you open the properties dialog for the network then press
               ok then connect
10:47 <+adam7> otherwise it'll crash
10:47 <+adam7> (just the first time for each network, after that it all works
               like expected)

alpha2 is in the tree now.

Alpha2 works fine. Thanks.
