Please put this in portage.  It is a simple sub-version bump.  OR, make me
a developer and I'll do it.  ;-)

konserve-0.8.2.ebuild - limited to kde 3.1, inherits from kde.eclass now

Same "kde-3.2/docbook entity package not found" problem like in bug 33596.
That's why it's kde-3.1 only for now.

I didn't made sure that this flag isn't part of the config - what's the policy
about it in kde ebuilds in future?
