A newbie friend of mine skipped the chroot command because few lines above the 
section it says Instructions for GRP users only. 
 
I checked the install guide and as far as I can see it's a little confusing. It doesn't 
state very clearly when the GRP-specific instructions stop. 
Added a yellow comment to indicate the end of the GRP-specific stuff for the english 
and dutch guides, see patch below.

The section is named "GRP package/snapshot steps" and has a note for notifying that the current section is for GRP users only.
I think a patch is needed but not with a tag showing the end of GRP instructions. 
I'll generate a patch and see which is more suitable.

I agree with the last one, much better than my own solution.
