downloaded the tgz archive and the old 1.46a ebuild failed the checksum.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download the necflash_linux.tgz archive from http://binflash.cdfreaks.com
2. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge binflash
3.

Actual Results:  
Install failed

Expected Results:  
install of binflash succeeded

the "new" ebuild

just bumped the version on the file and added it to my local overlay
and the it installed.
