Bug 294055 – sys-apps/hal-0.5.13-r2 mouse cursor under X stop moving when set LANG=sk_SK.UTF-8

in file /etc/env.d/02locale
I set LANG=sk_SK.UTF-8, run env-update and restart system.
after reboot, mouse cursor stopped moving
when I revert LANG=en_US.UTF-8, mouse working


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.set LANG=sk_SK.UTF-8 in /etc/env.d/02locale
2.env-update
3.reboot


Actual Results:  
when i log into X session (xfce), mouse cursor is not moving

Expected Results:  
when i log into X session, i want to use mouse, so mouse cursor should move

Most probably, the real problem lies completely elsewhere,
but I must say - the result is interesting.
