Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Need a lot of cores
2.Need to have a partially up to date system
3.just emerge -update world with a lot of jobs and a lot of -j's

Actual Results:  
Failes and the complete build needs to be restarted

Expected Results:  
Packages would install

packages seems to emerge without --jobs plausible cause is broken or missing dependency or broken or missing check for dependency or broken --jobs

Please file a bug for every package that failed (after you made sure the there isn't already one) and attach emerge --info and the build.log there.
