Installing the chromium-bin package seems to not install the "chromium-browser.1" man page which is available if one downloads the continuous build and unzips it. That makes the browser installation incomplete IMO. Also, you may be interested in tracking Chromium Issue #28133 about the need to expand the man page, Issue #23178 about the copyright strings in the source which brings up licensing issues and shared library issues. Issue #23778 is also of interest because it makes chrome generally unusable unless one significantly increases user process limits. You might want to add a note to the emerge messages making note of that.
