A lightweight cross platform IP telephony client using the IAX protocol, designed for use with the asterisk open source PBX.
The initial ebuil is in sectools overlay:

The use flag "video" (what would be a better name?..) requires libvidcap, bug #293597

It is in the portage, net-misc/iaxclient

oops, my bad. it is not in the portage.
The latest ebuild is still in Pentoo overlay
