Bug 29355 – Updates to chapter 2 and Grub section

-Fixed grammar, spelling and added tags to chapter 2. 
-Added another method of obtaining a md5crypt password for Grub. Found this way easier 
than the one already proposed in the guide. 
-Removed the warning about not leaving the timeout in grub.conf. I think (haven't tested 
it) that the password is not needed for the standard boot options only to get to interactive 
mode.

All fixes to the bug.

Fixes.

Diffed against 1.16 as it seems webcvs is slower to sync than the webpage
itself.

Just let me know if you'd rather have larger more infrequent fixes. Right now I
just fix a section or two, then open a bug and submit the patch as I usually
never know when I get to work on it again.

I don't mind that you open several seperate bugs. It gives me a nice fuzzy feeling when I close several bugs instead of just one :)
