The package has not been tested on sparc yet, so it is missing the sparc KEYWORD. If you like to try whether it is working on sparc, you can unmask it by putting entries of all required packages into /etc/portage/package.{keyword,unmask} to make the packages available. A useful tool is app-portage/autounmask which does exactly this job for you. Please give feedback whether this program is working for you.
