So, I downgraded back to kdevelop-3.9.95. Does "Find In Files" disappeared because of the collision or kdevelop4 will not have this very important feature? To solve the collisions problem, un-merge kdevelop and kdevplatform and then do the update and re-merge it. This works and the "Find In Files" menu appears again. Please close this bug.
