Robert,
Looks like you guys have been moving some stuff around?? Your page is out of date: http://mirror.arcticnetwork.ca/

Currently I can't find any distfiles mirrors and only gentoo-portage. Also, your ftp link is pointing to the gentoo-portage contents as well. Also, the rsync module is refusing connections.

What is the status and can we can an ETA?

seems fixed now.
