scripts in /usr/share/mythtv/mythvideo/scripts should be installed with executable bit

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
install mythvideo and try to download metadata

Actual Results:  
Video Search files: tmdb.pl failed: Could not start process

Expected Results:  
metadata is downloaded
