The package html doc files are at /usr/lib64/R/library/<package>/html/00Index.html. In this file, are references to individual function doc files like this: <tr><td width="25%"><a href="anova.html">anova</a></td> <td>Anova Tables</td></tr> These files don't exist in that directory or anywhere. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.In package html doc, click on function name 2. 3. Actual Results: File not found Firefox can't find the file at /usr/lib64/R/library/stats/html/anova.html. Expected Results: Help file should be displayed. They were there in previous versions but they've disappeared.

Could you confirm it? > Thanks Now I'm really confused. If I do help.start() it brings up the html help pages and I can navigate to the anova.html page with this URL: http://127.0.0.1:30450/library/stats/html/anova.html However, I can't find the file anywhere on my computer. I guess I can use help.start() to bring up help, but it's much more convenient to just have a bookmark set in my browser.
There is not much we can do here. You could try to report upstream and see and they could re-produce the links as in previous versions. Re-open if this is not really an upstream issue. Thanks,
