The package name looks like a sci-package wich is (in our overlay) maintained by jlec (added in CC). The only package in our overlay depending on sci-libs/clapack is sci-chemistry/ambertools-1.2. But clapack is not in our overlay. Maybe your version of the last-hope overlay is outdated, or the clapack-pkg is in another overlay (maybe science or sunrise). Either way its not an gentoo bug, but a bug in one of the overlays.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, it is in the science overlay. How should I fill these bugs? (I am sorry for posting it here)
Ah, ok. Jlec has been notified, and he will take care about this. I dont think that you have to move the bug.
