Revbumped to -r1 to fix missing dep on doxygen for USE=doc. And someone should test the current stable version to see if the disable javascript bug is a regression or not.

Works for me with arora-0.10.2-r1 and qt-webkit-4.6.1, so I'm adding a dependency on Qt 4.6 stabilization.
Please stabilize arora-0.10.2-r1 along with Qt 4.6.2 (bug 297299).
