During installation of glibc-2.11, I get:

*  ( 72/417) Generating ca_ES.UTF-8.UTF-8@valencia...                     [ ok ]

While I don't use this locale, the name looks clearly wrong.

this isnt new to glibc-2.11

i've dropped 1103_all_glibc-new-valencian-locale.patch.  don't feel like the hassle is worth it.  now that upstream glibc is more friendly, might be worth trying to get it merged there.
