I noticed the rddtool package is found in net-analyzer? IMHO it should go to
dev-db instead, because it's really an expiring database system and not related
to "network" at all.

mrtg & rrdtool is the same
primary used for network stats, so leave it in net-analyzer

Why is mrtg and rrdtools the same? mrtg is a separate package!
