I noticed two things about the ntop 2.2 ebuild:

 1) It's database files in /var/lib/ntop are, in the default installation,
world-wide readable! This should probably be restricted (by directory permissions).

 2) Without rdd support, ntop loses all information during a
shutdown/crash/reboot. It would be very nice to add rdd support to the ebuild,
because without it, ntop is more or less useless.

And another thing: The ebuild does not install all the documentation! Most notably the FAQ is missing.

Since I don't use ntop any longer, there is little chance I'll ever do that. So I'm closing the bug report.
