ia64 please keyword ~ia64 (with deps - hsqldb), the rest please stabilize

@java: could you guys do me a favour and drop all the ia64 keywords needed to drop this package? The new version requires the java use-flag which definitely i'm not going to enable...

Enable or unmask? You can just unmask it locally for antlr if you want.

Not even in package.use for antlr only? (as opposed to make.conf for whole system)?

I don't mind dropping ia64 from all java stuff if you want. There's no 1.6 jdk for ia64 in the tree since oracle bought jrockit and discontinued standalone jrockit-jdk. And doesn't seem that many users would be complaining...

Support for ia64 dropped as per bug #345433. Nothing left to do here.
