Last time I visited the bugzill homepage at http://bugs.gentoo.org/ it contained a
link to JavaScript:popup1('whatisthis.html'). Clicking on this link leads to a
popup that contains the text:

Not Found
The requested URL /whatisthis.html was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.28 Server at bugs.gentoo.org Port 80
