The dependency for media-libs/glut-3.7.1 is missing in the ebuild scripts of
foobillard 2.8.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge foobillard
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
compilation fails with unresolved references to GLUT library functions.


Just a passing comment:
It would be nice if the ebuild script alerts that a user must belong to the
group 'games' in order to have access to foobillard, and that the user should
also include /usr/games/bin in his/her search path.
