Hi, the themes which had been added with the slim-themes-1.2.3a-r4.ebuild are now available from http://slim.berlios.de/themes01.php . This is most likely a more reliable source. I changed the ebuild acording to this. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Created attachment 209147 [details, diff] slim-themes-1.2.3a-r5.ebuild
Created attachment 209148 [details] diff -u for this ebuild
The changes from this ebuild had been integreated by (v1.3 2009/11/19 16:27:51) maekke to the -r4 ebuild. The -r4 is now marked stable. So I am closing this bug. Regards
oh see Bug 293332 for more info.
Yea, I forgot to close the bug. Thanks. 16 Nov 2009; Jeremy Olexa <darkside@gentoo.org> slim-themes-1.2.3a-r4.ebuild: Use upstream SRC_URI, bug 291736
Did anybody recognize that the "Gentoo Ten" archives from the berlios mirror do not include a subfolder with the name of the theme (gentoo_10_dark, gentoo_10_purple, gentoo_10_blue). Because of this they are unpacked directly to ${WORKDIR} and thus copied to /usr/share/slim/themes/. Slim does not recognize files in that directory it only recognizes folder names as themes. @Konstantin: Can you please upload archives which contain a folder with the theme name including the files needed for the theme.
Nobody did recognize it. This is my fault. I guess. Anyway I updated the files on my site. Can somebody double check if the files are correct now? http://www.konstantinhansen.de/source/slim_themes/gentoo_10_purple/gentoo_10_purple.tar.bz2 http://www.konstantinhansen.de/source/slim_themes/gentoo_10_blue/gentoo_10_blue.tar.bz2 http://www.konstantinhansen.de/source/slim_themes/gentoo_10_dark/gentoo_10_dark.tar.bz2 I don't have access to berlinos but I will ask them to update the files there, as well.
Created attachment 213189 [details, diff] ebuild based on the r4 testing ebuild For the time being this ebuild should solve the problem - if the files are ok, now.
(In reply to comment #7) > Nobody did recognize it. This is my fault. I guess. Anyway I updated the files > on my site. Can somebody double check if the files are correct now? Looks good. The three files within a directory named according to the theme should be okay. You can always take a look at the other themes listed at berlios. <snip/> > I don't have access to berlinos but I will ask them to update the files there, > as well. Thank you very much. Please report back here if the files have been replaced. We need to recreate the manifest for the affected ebuilds.
dang, I missed this. Nice catch.
I have committed slim-themes-1.2.3a-r5. This one uses Konstantins mirror. @Konstantin: Please leave a note here if your new tarballs are available upstream.
