sometimes when i shutdown firefox lxpanel crashes even with lower versions of lxpanel too.
if i start lxpanel in a console and run firefox it gives me warnings like this:
(firefox:4979): Gdk-WARNING **: XID collision, trouble ahead.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Hi...i have the same behavior on lxpanel-0.5.5 x86 and x86_64

Why do you think that crash is related with "XID collision, trouble ahead."? I don't think so... maybe you should tyr to get a proper backtrace:
