Hi,
I had a lot of troubles last time to figure out why torque does not execute jobs sitting in the queue. It turned out I had mixed 2.3 and 2.4 version on server and nodes. Moreover, I had to re-compile osc-mpixec because it links against libtorque. I am not sure whether I did run revdep-rebuild but please check that revdep-rebuild find this dependency.

In general, I suggest to improve einfo() message to the user emphasizing issues with different versions on machines and the library dependency. Thanks.
