irssi-xmpp is an irssi plugin to connect to the Jabber network.

I have created an Ebuild for it, will attach it in a minute. The Ebuild will be submitted to Sunrise, if nobody is interested in maintaining it.

Reviewed by chiiph and ohnobinki in #gentoo-sunrise.

The dependency on USE=debug for loudmouth is required, else your irssi status window will be spammed with debug messages. Apparently, when building loudmouth without debug, the ability to redirect and suppress debug messages goes away. Weird, I know. Contacting upstream about this is on my to-do.
