I tried to upgrade to KDE 3.1.4 but after runing emerge sync the packages are
not available for download. I tried European and main mirror and couldn't get them.
in /etc/make.conf I have set
CHOST="i686-pc-linux-gnu"
and I installed it from i686 GRP CDs.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sync
2. emerge -pu kde

Actual Results:  
No packages to upgrade to KDE 3.1.4.

Expected Results:  
Others are allready able to update to KDE 3.1.4.

KDE 3.1.4 is currently only available in testing keywords (~ARCH).
