The 4.3-r4 ebuild reference 4.2 files, but the emerge fails on not finding these required files.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.mask openrc >= 5.0
2.emerge -u openrc
3.

Actual Results:  
emerge fails.

Expected Results:  
emerge succeeds.
